One thing happens three times every day at the Home of Life & Nutrition.

SAS washing dishes web.jpg (99509 bytes)  Chowing down means that there are dishes to be washed in the big washbasins which are part of the pila (a big water storage and utility washing area for dishes and clothes).

SAS Amilcar Noemy web.jpg (98743 bytes)  Overseeing this daily routine are Amilcar and Noemy.  Amilcar Gomez is the accountant and legal representative and Noemy Ulate is the director of the home.
